DUE TO THE RECENT COVID-19 OUTBREAK, SHOP BEAUTY DEPOT IS REGULARLY DISINFECTING OUR WAREHOUSE & TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS RECOMMENDED BY THE CDC, WHO, & GOVERNMENT. FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY WE ARE PLACING AN EMERGENCY RETURN POLICY FOR THE WELL BEING OF BOTH OUR CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES. WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING NEW PRODUCTS & OUR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HANDLING POTENTIALLY UNSAFE RETURNS, SO WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS TEMPORARY POLICY. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
ALL EXPEDITED SHIPPING GUARANTEED TIME FRAMES ARE SUSPENDED BY USPS AND/OR UPS.
ORDERS PLACED BY 3PM EST WILL PACKED & SHIPPED FROM OUR STORE THE SAME BUSINESS DAY.
With Beauty Depot O-Store you don't have to worry about long processing times. If you place your order before 3pm EST Monday - Friday it will ship from our store the same business day! *Order Placed after 2PM EST and/or on Saturday will ship from our store the following business day*. Your delivery time will vary on the shipping speed you select.
We ship most items via U. S. Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 business day service. However, if your package is delayed we have no control over the United States Postal Service. We do put delivery tracking and confirmation on your package at no extra charge to you to assist in locating your package should it be delayed.
You will get an e-mail notice when your package ships out with the ship date and your delivery tracking code off your shipping label so you may track your inbound package. It may take time for the information to post to the U S Postal Service website.
DISCLAIMER: (Priority Mail) In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
USPS FIRST CLASS packages will not be covered/insured by Shop Beauty Depot or USPS. If this service is selected at checkout, customer assume the risk with loss of funds as this service does not come with money back.
UPS DISCLAIMER: If expedited service is purchased (NEXT DAY SERVICE) on a Friday and needs delivery for Saturday an additional fee is required for Saturday delivery. Next Day and 2nd Day services are for working business days. Saturday delivery is for urban areas only and require an additional service fee. If any UPS service is selected for shipping between Friday at 3pm and Monday, the order will be shipped on Monday, UPS does not collect on Saturday and Sunday.

I received the wrong item/ An item was missing from my order/ An item was damaged upon arrival:
Any issue with order is to be made within two to three business days of receiving order. We handle numerous of orders and may not be able to recollect order if reported after given time window. If not notified within specific time frame, we reserve the right to deny claim or honor any information after that date. We require photos/images of items received and invoice to support claim. Beauty Depot reserves the right to honor/dishonor claim without credible information to support claim.
